Invitation to celebrate food from the across the Middle East & Persia
Why the collabation?
I am thrilled to announce an unique collaborate with the fabulous Joudie Kalla Chef & cookbook author of Palestine On A Plate. Through our respective food journeys as chefs and cooks, we've experienced people coping together to share food. Our supper club is named “ Same Same But Different” both Joudie & I wanted to celebrate the commonalities of foods across the Middle East and Iran and share our experience with you all. The above map is of the Middle East & Persia showing the crossover of the main dishes. The history that connects us is incredible and we want to celebrate our similarities in this unique one of kind supperclub.
What to expect: This will be a true feast to share amongst you all on a communal table as is usual in my events and Joudie's sell out Supperclubs, where you will immerse & devour dishes that are eaten all over then Levant. Countries such as Palestine, Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq, Syria, and Iran will all be included on our special menu.
The Menu
Key Details All the meat served will be halal, the menu is a surprise, with plenty of options for vegetarians, vegans, meat eaters, dairy and gluten intolerant guests. Please let us know if you have any SERIOUS food allergies if you wish you attend. Please also note this event will be documented, so if you camera shy, then best to sit this one out. We hope to see you all there and enjoy this one off exclusive supper club.
